Policies:
Shipping: At this time, shipping is offered via USPS or FedEx Home (ground), whichever is more cost-effective. When shipping by USPS, destinations east of the Mississippi River will usually be sent by First Class or Priority, depending on weight. Those west of the Mississippi will usually be sent by First Class or Priority when less that 2 pounds; otherwise by Parcel Post.
We strive to complete order fulfillment within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If circumstances require a longer period, we try to contact the customer to determine if their preference is for delayed shipment or for order cancellation.
Cancellation: Any order may be cancelled without penalty if notice is received prior to shipment. However, once an order is shipped, it may only be returned according to our Return and Refund policies below.
Returns: Any purchase (other than foods) may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, so long as (i) all original merchandise materials are included; (ii) the merchandise is actually received by us; and (iii) it is received in resalable condition. NOTE: No opened teas may be returned for any reason.
Refunds: Upon our receipt of acceptable discretionary returns (as described in the Returns paragraph above), we will gladly refund the original purchase price of the items so returned. No amounts paid for postage will be refunded in the case of discretionary returns; postage will be refunded only for packing or shipping errors on our part.
